Just Celebrate Swap Card

Long time, no blog! Here's a swap card for GWTW's Convention Quality swap. I've never swapped with that group before, but she pm'd me b/c she needed somebody to take the last spot, using Just Celebrate! I was flattered by the invite and happy to participate!

On to the card...I watercolored the image with classic inks and a blender pen, then covered them with Crystal Effects for shine. I'm the last person on earth without copics, so I'm trying to get by with my classic inks. ;)
